12" Minis on 4" risers = 15" rise more or less. at 6' my hands are just below my shoulders which is perfect for me.

Recommend you go with at least 1.25" bars though, 1" bars were a PITA to do internal wiring, but it can be done. you'll pay more for the thicker bars but it'll be worth it.

What was wrong with the Demon's Cycle bars? were they not predrilled for internal wiring? I know some have had trouble with seats from Demon's, but I don't recall any problems with bars...but I didn't do a search here, either. Kind of hard to misrepresent or screw up handlebars, I would think. That's a good price for 1.25" bars.

Buffalo Bars are great, just make sure the area for the controls AND the risers are stepped down to 1", otherwise you'll be buying some pricey new risers to accommodate the 1.25" bars.

My 2 cents--

I am supposedly getting Burly bars at some point. They're pre-drilled and drop back to 1" both at the controls and riser.

Just got a set of the 16 in bars from demon cycles and they are great quality. Stepped down for stock risers and grips and pre drilled for internal wires. The space for the risers fits JUST right for the risers to clamp down over the knurled part without any of it showing. Great for the price. Don't have 'em on the bike yet but put them on the risers for a 'mock up' and they looked great. Can't wait! Just waiting for the cables from Clifford.

look down at the bottom of the site screen...it shows all the people currently online. When you see his name, just click on it and then send him a PM.

He can get you ALL sorts of parts at great prices, not just cables, too.

I would like some advice on risers. I'm interested in 3.5 " with abit of a sweep back towards the tank, would any of the cables have to be replaced?
