 Just wanted to let everyone know I am ok and have not fallen off the face of the earth. (I think I posted this in the right forum)
I have actually been by my wifes bedside for four months in the hospitals and nursing homes. She is finally doing better and is home now. She had caught a very rare Pneumonia from IRAQ back in JUNE called Acinetobacter Baumannii. That cleared it up with massive IV antibiotics and them wham bam she then gets Invasive Aspirgillious (a deadly fungus in the lungs). Well while being treated for that she coughs up a large amount of blood and they emergency intibate her. They had to sedate her and put her on life support for three weeks. She is finally at home and still being treated for the Aspirgiilis and is mending slow but sure.
Well that is how we spent our summer. Our love for one another sure has grown after enduring this.

Sorry to hear of your trials together, but as you know they make you stronger inside.
I hope she recovers fully. Antibiotics fight infection but destroy one's good bacteria and weaken the immune system. It results in a systemic fungal infection sometimes called Candida Albicans.
Maybe researching treatment of fungus infections (online) may be in order.

Went through something similar with my wife a while back TN. Great to hear she's on the mend after such a trial. Welcome back brother.

Welcome back. Sorry to hear about your wife, glad she is doing better. Had a scare with my wife in July with her coughing up blood. Know how worrisome it can be. Thoughts and prayers with both you and your wife.

Glad your wife is recovering.
I just had a similar thing where my wife had to care for me after the truck wrecked my bike so I know exactly where your coming from with the bonding.
I don't know your background so I'm somewhat curious if your wife was with the military in Iraq as my wifes little brother did a EF tour in Faluja and came back with several stories of scary mysterious and deadly ailments.
