ArmySSG (E-6): Military Intelligence  9 years, 6 mo, 26 days....but who counted, 10 Years Army reserves (not all active)
Got out of active duty because dad was sick and went to work for the department of defense as a civillian doing the same jobs....been working and supporting our troops in their missions all over the world since 1984.
Over 35 Years total Federal Service

Past: USAF - 26 Years - Retired Feb 2008.
Present: Department of Defense - Scheduled to retire in 8 years.
All male members as far I as I can go back have served all branches of the service.
I am proud to know that my family has a proud military tradition of serving our great country.
Thank you all who have served and to the their immediate families.

US Army First Sergeant. Retired, 24 years, 3 months and 17 days. Now have the honor of working with young men and women joining in our armed forces. Thanks to all who serve, and all the outstanding young men and women who continue to step forward and serve this great country.

Six years submarine force SSBN 624, wife couldn't take the pressure. Her or the Subs. Married 27 years, probably made the right choice.
Two daughters enlisted in the Navy. One did six years as a nuke then went EOD, out now. The other went in as cyrpto, damaged her knee and is out. Thanks to all who have served.

I was in the U.S. Marines from 1965 to 1969 and in the Navy from 1974 to 1990. I'am retired out of the navy.While I was a marine I was a combat Eng,spent 13 months in Nam from 66 to 67.while In the Navy I was an ADJ Made it to frist class. I worked on Helo's for 8 yrs
then worked A-4 and T-2s and the last ones i worked was P3 Orion

P-3 Brunswick Me.
In Viet Nam all over

jcwalk, I did time with the 1st of the 2nd Cavalary in Bindlach, Germany ( as a Senior 91B, with Delta Trp punch Force )...did Border duty at Camp Gates...Crazy bunch of Tankers for sure, loved the camraderie though!!!!
