Well I thought it would never happen to me........ Stupid h1n1 flu. I haven't felt like this for over 20+ years. I am hot blooded check it and see I have a fever of 103...oh please mommie make me feel better. I hope none of you get it, but it is inevitable.

OK, this might sound like a myth, but Garlic really helps to wart off colds and flu. I take 1000mg's a day (orderless caps) and I'm never sick, I hardly ever get a sniffle. I wish it helped with old age! Think of it this way, it can't hurt to try it! It might even help get rid of it??
