ya most anything you buy that has synth oil from the manufacture, its not the same off the shelf synth oil you would buy from a store, it has additives (ZDP) for proper wear for break in. There was a big thread over on the vette forum about this.

Sounds like I'll try either the Mobil 1 or Rotella. Much cheaper than what I've been using. Thanks guys!
