wheel bearings??? 2 Years, 7 Months ago

I've been getting a small, but noticable to me, noise that sounds like a wheel bearing going bad-when I coast up to a stop sign or light-it's been happening for about 2000 miles---noise has not gotten louder or worse. I know the wheel bearings are sealed--so no lubing them. It's a 1999 Silverado with (right now) 20000 miles. Stock, stage 1 exhaust, AIS removed. While I'm riding I can't tell if it is the front or the rear. I know you guys just say--get louder pipes and you won't hear the noise---but I would hate to have a wheel lock up. Any experience with this at such low mileage???
