Gram, not to undermine your troubleshooting process, but what exactly does the brand of the modem/router have to do with the user's ability to view a page? I would think the isp specifically is more important that what gear they provide...especially for those of us who do not run the gear the isp provides...

btw, I'm on cox, using a motorola cable modem and a cisco 2621 router here at the house configured with multiple vlans for router on a stick, and I can see the image just fine.
