A couple of things come to mind... you may want to take the cover off your decompression solenoid and make sure the brass spoon is just touching the tip of the solenoid... also, when it wont turn over, does it act like it wants to? Or it just wont turn over at all? If it acts like it is wanting to but wont get a revolution in turn, try leaving it in gear and push it forward just enough to move the pistons past the compression stroke, then try it... if that works, then you are vapor locking the engine... hope this helps...

Take a look at your sig pic... just behind the heel of your boot... see that little grey cover? that is your decompression solenoid... two screws and the cover comes off to expose the brass spoon... go check it out....

Thanks StoneColdStar, I see exactly what you are talking about. Just right behind the cam cover( i suppose thats what that is). Will have to check mine sometime, because its hesitated to start a time or two, just like it couldnt power the crank over on a compression stroke.

No problem... and that is exactly what it will do to ya... check it before you try to start it in cold weather... that is when mine did it the most... I check it every year just before winter hits... makes starting a lot easier... also, to help that issue, if you put a switch on your headlight... that way you can turn your headlight off and most of your battery juice will be directed at the starter instead of trying to power the headlight and power the starter... my .02...

It does not want to turn that big engine over if that thing is at full compression

Sometimes it does that, that is the reason I said put it in gear and rock it forward to get it past the compression stroke... and wahlah... it will start... also, may want to check your batter connections and clean them... that really helps with these beasts too...
