I dont have a manual but took off the cover on the left hand side saw too ruber plugs look into the large on see the crank. I dont see any wires

Ok check this out I checked the pickup coil ohms were good did the mod to the wires removed the resistors. I when to my local airport put in some 100LL fuek and some seafoam after half a tank the bike runs great . Thanks all for your help.
