Umm I'm sure you mean she's almost 200 with the super extra heavy leathers she wears.

I just did 200 miles, me, 150 lbs, hypercharger(ugh), cobras, Batwing, hard bags, and trunk in no wind at 65 and got 43 even. I'm running rich but have just had too many other things going on to tear into the jetting. Obviously, it is on my to do list.
Best 4 hours of riding I've had in a long time, priceless!

I'm curious why did you go with a different(hotter) sparkplug? What is A.S.L.?

425 above sea level and as we remember the richer on the pilot and main jetting the more chance for SVS I could probably run a stock plug because as we run it hard enough anyway hince as not to load up un burnt fuel
also remember when your bike was new, Bore 3 and 4 had a warmer plug brand "Densco" to help burning off extra fuel.

I am getting 40-45 mpg with an 05 and an 07 roadstar..both with aftermarket pipes and stock replacement k&n air filters. My 07 midnite had been rejetted and i am using the pilot jet that came with the kit.It took weeks of adjustment but it runs like a bear and its getting good mileage..and thats without any highway miles..it seems 40+ is common mileage for these large bikes..
