i have a 240 with only modifing your brake set up in the stock swing arm a 250 will fit the stock swing arm but there is more extreme mods done to the swing arm wouldn't recomend. for my 240 i took the stock fender and cut it down the middle and added 4"then took the sub frame and made a jig that the frame would bolt into then widened the jig 4" cut the sub frame down the middle bolted it to the jig and filled in the gap and you can runthe stock front pulley if you go to a 1" belt but i did go to a .25 offset on the front just so the belt would run in the middle
