All you need is a tap at your positive term on the battery and a ground. Install on the bike was, for me, a 3 hr deal. If you aren't as anal as me about routing the hose, it would take maybe an hour. You will love the ride, although it makes the front end feel harsh compared with how smooth the rear will be.
