So now its winter and I am not riding as much I changed my plugs again. Took the others out fine and when i was putting the replacements in the front left side will not go all the way in, i tried to switch plugs and the new one will not go in all the way also. Is it something i should just wrench down on and force it?

I wouldn't try to force it, as you'll strip the aluminum threads in the engine block. Have you tried screwing the plug a little counter-clockwise first to get a good "seat", then screwing clockwise. It takes a light touch. Some will use a piece of fuel hose pushed onto the upper plug end and start threading that way.

I hope you took out the plugs on a cold engine for one, and hope ya used some antisieze too. Sound like a cross thread towards the bottom of the threads, if it were cross threaded at the top, it wouldn't even go down that far.

I've heard mention of a tool called a plug chaser or thread chaser, suppose to be a little different than a tap, might want to look into that.

also found some info to use vasoline on chaser to catch metal shaving
