Need advice 2 Years, 6 Months ago
Hi:

I am in the market for a Roadstar. I ran across this one on the Craiglist. I need your advice regarding the price and the miles on this bike.

http://cnj.craigslist.org/mcy/1442487335.html

Here are the pictures of the bike.

It doesn't look too bad from the pics. Of course I would try to negotiate a little (can't hurt right?). Good luck with it. You can't go wrong with a RS!

Looks like it's been well taken care of. Custom shifter, hyper-charger, etc. I'd ask if the brake lines are original or fairly new, etc.

Where are you located? There is a bike in GA that is listed on eBay. I am the current high bidder on it, but I only bid $4500. It is a 2005 Midnight with all the Silverado goodies (even hard bags). If your interested I can give the item number. The reserve is met and I think anything under $5500 would be a good deal with all the stuff it has.

I picked up my '02 Midnight over a year ago for $4800 plus shipping from Calif. with 39K & goodies.

That one looks nice. I would ask him if it was painted.
