Well I have not had this problem until reciently (last several weeks). Seems to be a regular occurance lately as it has gotten colder, Go figure. Anyway tonight after my ride home from work, I quickly pulled the air claener assy, (Stock with K&N). I noticed fuel bubbling from the accelerator pump tube into the carb and puddleing up against the butterfly plate. I cleaned up the box and filter and thought I would shoot a hole in the housing for more air. I bored a 1 3/8" hole in the lower front portion of the stock box. I re-assembled everything except the 2 rear screws so I could remove the cover and filter easyier. Went for a ride and she didn't like the extra air hole at all (thought that might hapen). back to the garage and covered up the extra hole and ran again. She was herself again. I rode for awhile and parked back in the garage and pulled the cover and filter right away, Again dripping from the Accel. tube.

Next question is how should I jet the carb going forward using the stock airbox opened up with K&N and stock exhaust at stage 2 or 3. This is the setup I want to keep for now.

Part of this winters projects is to go pumpless with Suzuki needle/seat mod and pulling PMS plug so I can adjust that as well. All other suggestions are apreciated.
