Just went on line and looked at the reviews for the Stockport Mill Inn, they were either Really good... or they hated it. Has anyone secured a group rate yet? What other hotel/motels are in the area??

010 M&G update:considering moving hoteler's from Stockport Inn to the Comfort Inn in Marietta(I77 & Pike St.)The Stockport Inn people didn't seem interested in working w/ us as far as rates go. Distance wise, it's about 20-25 mi. away from Voland farm(campers). Room rates : $70+tax /nite. I've reserved a block of 36rms.They seem very interested in having us,I.E., they've offered to put on a breakfast buffet just for us sat.& sun. mornings.They have an in door pool& bar. Looks good, safe, & easy to get to.Campers can still camp at Voland farm, we'll just get rolling earlier sat.morning to hook up w/ the hoteler's for the ride(100mi.+)Lunch at Voland farm (burgers & dogs etc.)& ride back to Marietta. I would encourage campers to consider hoteling it sat.nite because if the party is anything like last years at the Wobbly Boot, WELL ????. FEED BACK ???

With the lower price Deb & I will proble take a room, Who needs to know or can we call and tell them we with the group?
I don't see anything on the M&G sight.
