Glad to be here....new member from Ohio 2 Years, 6 Months ago

Hey all....Since I have gotten countless informational tips from this forum, I figured it was time I quit lurking and join...
My names Barry, 37yo Male from Lima, Ohio....I look forward to many successful posts and making a few new friends

I am on my second roadstar....still recovering from a major accident on my old one in sept. Crushed Leg, few broken ribs, some deep cuts in my leg from the windshield....etc...I got my replacement not so long ago and began the job of customizing the replacement already for its spring debut

I bought a 99 roadstar this time around....its older then my previous but has low low miles and was well taken care of.

Currently working on

Installing hypercharger

Installing custom lightbar

Swapping into an HID headlight

Adjust carbs and jetting.

AIS removal

Looking into...

Bigger front wheel

Lower rear end

swap out windshield

custom handlebars

Thanks....Im hoping even more to find some like Yamaha Riders near me that enjoy get togethers and rides...Not sure if Stars have the following as the BMW or Harley group does....But I'd love to find out. Ride an old Airhead BMW as well....and went to the national rally this past summer...what a blast!

They have star days in july this year and star rides group. We have a low rider crew we are air rear that's how he go's low

going to have to search for that....Id love to install that....love that low low look I notice alot of people take the solid chrome discs off the front wheel too...is there a reason other then cosmetics for that?
