I currently own a 2004 Yamaha Midnight Road Star 1700. I have had the bike for a little over 4 months and the wife is about to kill me if I don't purchase a pass. seat, bags, and a windshield. If you happen to know of anything out there that will not break the bank let me know.... Looking forward to getting to know all of you out there... You can't go wrong with an Ultimate seat, but the are pricey. Your butt will love you for it though. You might want to check on Ebay, the classifides here or on the Roadstar Riders Forum too. If you can afford new, you can get them here: Ultimate Seats. They offer a 14 day trial, so if you don't like them you can ship them back for a refund. There are other good seats out there too, and I'm sure others will make their recommendations. WELCOME!! I own and run a motorcycle repair shop in Sebring, FL and have a standing offer for Clinic members. I will sell for my cost + 10% + shipping anything that I have access to. If you want a windshield that is quickly removable take a look at National Cycle SwitchBlade. I don't know of any passenger seats that can be used without the matching driver seat.
