well i couldnt find a good way to mount my VERY COOL breather hose filter , so I put it under the tank. I taped the chrome to keep it from scratching in case I find a good way to mount it in a visible spot later.

Also, i've always wondered if I would like my handlebars a little more forward but my windshield was really close to the h-bars already so I never really considered moving them. But I asked Chico how he did it, and I think it worked out well. You can compare with my sig pic.

give me your thoughts!

Tommy

Sorry for the camera phone pics, i cant find my normal camera.

Really like the breather filter location... didn't realize there was THAT much room there.

I'm putting mine there next mod. Thanks!

I couldn't tell from the photo what the mod actually was to move the windshield forward, but I've been wanting to do the same. Could you elaborate?

Thanks!

Its not really a "mod". All I did was loosen the bolts and leave the bottom one basically where it is. Then just move the top notch of the windshield off the bolt so only side-pressure is holding the top connection and push the windshield forward to your desired position. It's not perfect, but it works and feels just as solid. just make sure it's plenty tight.

yea, it looked like it had enough of an "up-hill" run to keep oil away from the tip, but we will see.

Thats why I taped the chrome, I may have to move it.

I used to have my fuel pump and filter under the tank, when I had a fuel pump. I've got my breather filter below my air cleaner.
