I bought a 2007 Midnight Star a couple of years ago and found the clinic. I have learned a lot about this fine cycle from the great folks here. The knowledge is unmeasurable and accurate. If you have a question or a problem it will get answered from these great bike brothers. Welcome, and enjoy your ride.

The best advice I can give a new Roadie rider thinking about modifications is sit down and make a plan of what you think the bike should be. That way when you buy parts they will fit with the parts you already have and with the ones you will acquire in the future. Particularly if you are planning performance mods you want to have a plan so that you get the most out of them. Then after you have the plan hide the credit cards because it takes great discipline to not do it all at once

Only been at this since August '09 and LOVING IT!!! Crazy how I've missed riding for so many years and thankful to be able to experience this now. Have seen so many awesome add-ons and want to try a few too..... Hope to get some good suggestions before I get the wrong products. At the 'all ears' stage.

Welcome aboard, as you get comfortable, you will be soon posting messages on the board that says "paypal sent" get used to it...

Enjoy the ride!

Dennis
