Here you all thought I was nuts, or a Yeti, and I look out the window and two bikes go by about a minute apart, the second one was a girl on a soft tail, leathered up, no helmet and smiling from ear to ear! So I now I wait until after the spring rains have cleaned off the roads. Nothing I hate worse than to be at the house mowing or working on my bike and hear a bunch of bikes headed north towards the vineyards! Wait for me....... Man I needed that!!!!!!! Simply put I enjoy riding my bike. So... how does one actually enjoy riding when it's 30 degrees or less? Riding at those temps. just does not seem fun. I can understand not being able to wait for spring, and 50-60 degrees is doable for a short spell; but if it's no fun or too uncomfortable I just assume wait. I'm not being mean here just curious. I'm with you, kaisayson....mid-70's here today in Tucson....been riding for the past few hours and there were lots of bikes out on the road.
