Wow brother that was a close one. It breaks my heart to see the bike in that condition, but you are OK and thats all that matters! Let us know the verdict on the bike.

Man just seen the pic's. That was a close call going between the sign and the rail   You are lucky man. good thing you solo that one.

Definitely watch the roads! I don't know about your area, but here in South Jersey, I've never seen the roads get so messed up after one winter as they have this year. There is potholes galore on the back roads and even the main roads.

Southwest complacency is the main reason I posted this so much. You guys never know what is in the road ahead. Even the advanced rider safety course can't keep something like this from happening and it sure can't teach you when or how you need to bail off the bike. That is all that saved me a few seconds later and I would have been DEAD! |

Now that I see the pics, I can't believe how nice the bags look on your bike. WOW! ...... That was one hell of a hit that tank took.........it don't look like that cigarette your having is helping much......but then again. it hardly looks like the guy who laid that down standing there, you'd expect he had rode off in an ambulance, text book bail out! Nice job! To look at it, You can rebuild that as talented as you are and you know parts will fly in from the clinic if needed. Take the money and the bike and run.
