Road Star Shifter 2 Years, 2 Months ago

Has anyone in the group changed out the factory Road Star shifter? I have mounted HD 360 degree road peg mounts with HD road pegs to my 05 Midnight Star. I would like to complete everything by adding the HD shifter pieces to match. I have seen a change on NoPork.com which changes out the whole shifting assembly and will allow stock HD peices. Any thoughts or advice on this would be appreciated.
