What a lucky day!!!! 2 Years, 2 Months ago

After a few beers and some lunch with a riding buddy,...we departed...and I rode off on the bike,...gunned it at a light...thought nothing of it.....chip pulls up next to me yells "PULL OVER"...I'M LIKE....." _UCK"!!!!!....he says he clocked me at 70,.....at this point i'm saying yessir and no sir.....and explain to him I have no M1,...no permit.......and thinkin the beer on my breath is going to be the nail in the coffin...Well, I did however have current registration,....current insurance,...and a legal drivers liscence,...just not M1 endorsed. He starts talking to me about the bike....and checking my ride out....turns and says "I'm going to give you a fix it ticket for an M1 and thats it" I was like HOLY _hit!!!!! I am a lucky S.O.B....this couldve been a real ugly day.then he lets me snap a quick shot with my phone. You know....Life aint so bad.  |

Consider yourself lucky, It is an arrest offense, driving without a endorsement.At least in my state. (FL) don't ask me how I know. very costly! Take the class ..just my 02  |
