I attended a PGR mission yesterday for Army Sgt. Vince Owens. Sgt. Owens died from wounds he suffered in an ambush March 1st. in Afganastan. He was 21 yrs. old and from
Keota Oklahoma. The PGR escort was over a mile and a half long, there was well over 300 bikes. The people of Spiro liked the streets saluting and waving flags. Police from both Ok and Ar lead the procession and guarded the intersections. He was buried at the National Cemetary in Fort Smith with full military honors.It was a very emotional and moving experience. Just felt like I needed to share this with someone. Godspeed Sgt. Owens.

Couple of Utah soldiers were just laid to rest this past week or so. One of them was 21 years old. God bless the PGR and our courageous protectors.

Bushman, you'll have to look at this. Its a Thank you to our soldiers from 3rd Graders. I thought maybe you could pass it on to some of your riding buddies from the PGR. |

SGT Vince Owens, Thank You for your selfless service to this great country and it's citizens. May you and the many before you never be forgotten. It is because of people like SGT Owens that we enjoy the things that we do in the United States of America; the greatest country in the world. May the lord be with you, your family and your fellow soldiers. Rest In Peace your mission is complete.
