I have some 27 inch drags from flanders. I used the stock riser and works great. Depends on how much yu want to reach for your bars. I like a reach. only clearance issue was the gas cap and throttle lock would hit when hard over.

Wanna get rid of them and try it again ?

OK, you pic up some Milwaukee twins super radius, with a 8" rise and 11 1/2" pullback, and we'll trade...

How come?

I like the look and will switch but what is the best choice?
I'm 6' and don't want to change cables and don't want an unconfortable reach.

How do they affect the handling/steering?

Help/suggestions would be appreciated.

thx

Re:Drag Bars 1 Year ago
They're not bad, I often ride 2 or 3 hundred miles at a time with no real problems. My arms are not fully extended but almost. I think it would be a bit more comfortable if they pulled back about an inch more...

edit: noticed you had another question about handling. I love the way it handles. drag bars are very secure, no flex, so you might feel a bit more vibes but not to the point of annoying...
