First ride of the spring... 2 Years, 2 Months ago
After two days of shoveling snow to get to the barn doors I freed my Road Star and my dad got his boat out. 3 hours of cleaning and off to the riding!

Put on about 290 miles in three days, man did that feel good!

You still have that much snow there? Yikes I've been riding now for about 5 or 6 weeks almost every day.

You need one of these...

Leave it to a cheesehead to come up with that idea

That plow would have helped!

The barn my bike and dads boat are stored in has two roofs that empty the snow load right in front of the main doors. So the snow was very deep there, the whole area around the Town of Ashfield still had from 3 to 4 inches to as much as 12 inches of snow on the ground as of last week. Just part of living in the hills of Western Mass.

Finally got it together today and went for a short jaunt. those HK 3"! Weather cooperating (no rain), I'll start using it regularly. Didn't have to borrow Darn's plow either.

Spring is here, I had my baby out this week. Not alot of miles but it sure was good to hear her bark. Snowed last weekend but it only lasted a day 1/2. My wife is getting the urge to saddle up and ride. Thinking of a western trip this year, anyone else thinking of biking out towards Yellowstone come summer. Would like to ride with others and want to start planning.
