I ran 'Just' Pumpless for a while, Line is in the same spring stuff that is on Org. line and run below the manifold, Makes it easier to pop
carb off for adjustments.
What you need to run is
Pumpless,
Vented Gas Cap,
Suzuki Float valve and a
Pingle hi Flow cleanable and reusable Gas In Line filter (See max air web site) and a Pingle Fuel Cock (Hi Flow) Also see Max Air.
People can debate all day about if you need Pingle Hi Flow Fuel cock, You don't. But I used to also run out of fuel just Pumpless with Stock fuel Cock, Like when in a drag with another bike.
The fuel flow is MUCH greater out of a Pingle Hi Flow. And it draws gas lower in the tank, This is very obvious when you get it and compare it, and how it mounts to the stock Fuel cock.
I never measured the flow of one VS the other, but I use my bike to go get gas for the mower and I connect a line to fill it, Way faster with the pingle. Like night and day!
You can do any of these MODS one at a time as budget allows. In the end the bike is more reliable and on road serviceable.
