That would ruin my day for sure. Think I'm going to get a wheel chock.I hate putting the 2x4's under the stand.

Seeing that made me cringe, I feel bad for ya Doc. I'm planning to put four eye bolts in my shop celing, to use with ratchet straps for lifting / securing bikes while working on them (hope I get around to it before similar happens to me).

why not just use a bike lift? (ie like craftsmen ect) i can about kick my bike and it doesn't go when its on the lift.

Cause I'm too lazy to pull out the lift.

I need to extend and compress the suspension to see how everything fits so I need the bike on the ground. I use the air ride to raise and lower the bike.
