Schweet...

Love to know the exact details on the front end. What was involved in mounting a HD configuration?

The thunderbike triple trees are really wide, I think 270mm (10.63"wide. So I had to make some polished aluminum spacers to mount the OE Harley fender. Thankfully, the bolt pattern is identical. The harley fender and the roadstar fork tubes have the same bolt size and spacing. It's a tire hugging OEM chrome fender (Custom Chrome #240351) only $29.99

The dyna wideglide rotor is slightly smaller in diameter, but works just fine with the Roadstar caliper. I'm only running one rotor/caliper. I had to space the caliper out just slight to meet the rotor due to my wide trees.

The dyna wideglide 21" spoked wheel has 3/4" (19mm) bearings. If I recall correctly, the Roadstar front axle was 20mm or 22mm. So I had to turn down the diameter of the axle to match the harley wheel. I did not touch the threads on the end of the axle. It slid right on thru the harley bearings. Then I made a pair of spacers to fit over the axle to center up the wheel on the bike.

Did I cover everything?
