I would check the dog bone pivot Trickey is soft even hard than the conversion springs. I would just replace the line. But you could air up and spray soapy water. Check your ends to make sure they are seated and flush cut. I would also add rubber hose and check the angles you ran the line. If you find you don't have slack you could be warring or tugging the line.
Just some suggestions. The air ride leads to compromises but great once you get it settled. I had my fits with car tire and rear fender. It is frustrating but you will get it!

Cap,

Rubber hose...you mean to cover the line for protection?
Angles...for kinks or for stress on the connects?

Yes, fuel hose 5/16 allows hoses to still move and help prevent chaffing. Chaffing is never a good thing!
If you look at the system the hose moves as the bike gos up and down and while riding. It could be tugging and have a leak at a connection. When I installed mine the line had pinholes so went to truck shop and bought all new line. If you soap the connections and they are good I would re-plumb with new line. That is how I roll. The kinking if it is to tight and angle it will pull on the connection or crush or restrict flow.

I figured out I had the suspension T backwards in the lowered position. I have more clearance now. However I stink I still have a leak.
I removed the fairing, put on the starbars, removed the highway bars and I also updated the photobucket folder. Have a look.

Thinking the next on the list are some ape hangers and a proper fairing with a stereo.
