So does that mean my 05 has the high output from the factory?
If so does anyone know what the stock draw is, with a factory light bar?
I'm just wondering how much room I have for accessories.

I can't speak for your 05 but my 2000 with a light bar, headlight, stereo and pulling a trailer with lights and I have never had a problem. But my battery must be kept at a good condition because the system can not produce enough to re-charge the battery it will only maintain

I just got some information. The original Electrosport has gone out of business and was bought out, the new owner is still using the name. They have moved to a differant location, still in California. They do not have a stator for the early R*.

Gotta be careful of the Plaza, sometimes they catch you on the backend

Well based off comments here
1600- 04 1700 - stator 21amps rec/reg input rating 18amp
05+ 1700 - stator 29amp rec/reg input rating 35amp
So can you replace the 1600 stator and rectifier straight
across with the 1700 to gain the benefits ?
