I put the bike up on the lift and then I spray Westly's onto the lower third of the tire (I've tried to do the bottom HALF but it will still run onto the rim) let it soak in for a few minutes and then I just use a bucket of water and a wet sponge to wipe up. No scrubbing needed just a a wiping off of the Westley's, a rinse in the bucket and a wipe down again.
