I've used, comet, magic eraser, and Westley's Bleche-Wite Whitewall Cleaner - all worked about the same, i like the Bleche-Wite Whitewall Cleaner cause i spray on grab my scrub brush and spin the tire ( with bike on lift) a few times and rinse off and im done. the magic erase seems like i tear thru them trying to scrub too hard.

Westley's makes it very easy to clean. I put the bike up on the lift and then I spray Westly's onto the lower third of the tire (I've tried to do the bottom HALF but it will still run onto the rim) let it soak in for a few minutes and then I just use a bucket of water and a wet sponge to wipe up. No scrubbing needed just a a wiping off of the Westley's, a rinse in the bucket and a wipe down again. They come out very white and very bright.
