(User) I'm serious, and don't call me Shirley Platinum Boarder Posts: 1300 V Star 1 Year, 11 Months ago   I know this is a Road Star forum, but i also have a V Star 1100 Custom that broke a small gear in the final drive. Just wondering if anyone knows another solution besides buying the whole assembly ($600+labor) for this one part. I checked South Seattle sports and found it for $538 pt # SEL46101. It should come assembled and you can install yourself fairly easy and save on the labor.
