I'll second that, the lug on the frame of my bike has evidence of past abrasions.

Re:Tired of scraping floorboards 1 Year, 10 Months ago
I,ve extended the floor board mounts and still makes no difference. Mine scrape all damn day long. I rode my Pop's Valkary for the weekend and got back on my bike and the first corner I was like "WTF" this is re-dic-ulus. The PCS progressive rear spring did lower it some. I still love my bike but don't like being held back in the corners.............oh well. My riding buddies think its funny as chit rolling thru intersections makin all that racket and sparks. Also makes for a wide "chicken strip" on the tire which sucks

We have ton's of "Roundabouts" here, and there are a few that I love to just lay it over and go around an extra time or two, just for fun!

Changed mine out to forward controls instead awhile ago.
Advantage= ALOT more lean. Disadvantage= Drag my double D pipes when I lean too much.

Just get some of those magnesium pads to put on the bottom edge of your boards and let the sparks fly!

(You may want to avoid that if you've got carb puke though! )

Re:Tired of scraping floorboards 1 Year, 10 Months ago
i converted to pegs by using a piece of angle iron bolted to where the boards connect to the mounts...was really easy took like an hour and no scraping at all and i personally just prefer pegs over boards...theres a thread here somewhere with it in it just search for footpeg conversion
