Sorry Dutchman, someone here can help with fuse type, as I have never even looked at the main fuse. The fuses in the fuse box mounted next to the battery on the left side are all blade type automotive and there are spares in the lid. The main fuse is separate and 30A beyond that I do not know. I will bet that it is blown. If so you either had a serious short or have one now. I recommend you buy a few spares so you can blow one or two to trouble shoot.
Good luck.

Main fuse is a 30a blade type, the backup sits next to it under the left side cover, they are on the solenoid. I went through a bunch of them re-wiring my bike, don't ask..... Oh carry a couple spares as the fuse box does not have any.

You asked if the main fuse is on the negative terminal. Just make sure you have the battery cables hooked up properly, Negative is BLACK/GROUND, positive is RED. You should never have fuses on the negative side.

I was curious if the main fuse was the white clip that looks like it oculd be an in-line fuse that is pigtailed off of the negative terminal on that battery.

to clarify: the main fuse under the left side cover has a clear cover over it on the side of the solenoid. Actually a clear/whitish cover over both it and the backup, pull the cover off and you will see the green 30a blade fuse. If you look at the picture in this link it sits right beside the red
cable you can see.

Got the bike up and running this weekend. Turned out to be the rear tailight fuse and the headlight fuse. Not sure how I blew both of them at the same time, but everything is working well now. Rode the bike for about 150 miles this weekend without a hitch.

Thanks again for the help.

Thanks for the invite. Did not see this until this morning. Heard the turn out was pretty impressive.

Ride safe-
