I was thinking you probably had one like the Junior model where the one light has different colors.

Anyway, I was reading on the Deltran site and saw something about a 10 year warranty. Don't know if that applies to yours or not but it wouldn't hurt to check.

If it won't turn green on a battery that your other battery tender indicates is fully charged then I'd say something is wrong with it.
