They do not have ports. I know this as i was asked the question before. However, with the saving i am certain you can buy a drill bit to drill a hole for them. I have done that often and you simply need to put duct tape around the area you will drill into and that will keep the chrome in good shape. As for the heat shields, they have 360's on all of them.
Pretty clear on the porting issue from what I can read.

Sorry fellows sold out exhaust the stores are buying them up last 4 sets went last night we will have to wait for the next run they make
