I was gearing up for the 2010 M&G but my bike wasn't finished yet... And by that I mean there was engine everywhere.

I'm ready for this one though! My only real concern is, late may, early june, it was about 100F and 100% humidity! I remember vividly because I had my bike apart in the garage and was absolutely dying when I worked on it. I'd rather wear a jacket than be tempted to ride topless and/or bottomless!

True, it could be 100, could also be in the 30's. More than likely for Early June it will be nice out. Late May, it could still be cold. July it will be HOT.

There is always a possibility, don't want to rule anything out you know! It's more than likely going to be warm to hot during that time, but I've seen strange things with the weather the last couple of years.

G'day all. Just wanted to confirm that Darn and I have been tossing the idea of me and my good wife coming over to next year's Meet 'n' Greet.

As I've said before, getting over to the US and meeting up with you guys has been on my 'bucket list' for some time.

We can look after our flights, costs, etc. but will be looking for information on the best sights to see and best ways of getting from 'point A' to 'point B', etc. If we can get to see some sights with some of you guys then all the better.

If it all comes off we're thinking of staying in the US for 3-4 weeks and hopefully visiting Canada during this time as well.

A big thank you to those that have offered to help out with our quest. All we really need at the moment is some answers to what might seem like pretty basic questions. Will keep you all updated.

Kind regards... Darryl (aka Emu)

Emu, hope you make it. As far as sights go, consider one lap of Lake Erie. We did id last year, nice ride, lots of stuff to see. I'm sure alot of tour guides(RSC members) would volunteer

What sort of sights would you and Mandy like to see? This country has ton's to see. I would recommend New York, Washington DC, Key West, Wisconsin (Dah ) Do you want to rent a car? It would probably be the best if your going to travel for 3-4 weeks.

I know you like to Fish, so maybe we can arrange something after the Meet & Greet out on Lake Michigan? If you come up the cost of Lake Michigan a couple of hours I know someone who has a fishing Charter, but you'll catch more Salmon & Lake trout than you could eat.

Let us know what sort of things you would like to see... Big Cities, Awesome country side, gorgeous views of nature (not the strip club kind... although we have those too).. give us some ideas. We have fun places like Roller coaster parks, theme parks, Disney World, Branson MO. The Grand Canyon, Redwood Forest...

I know Doc's been hording all the beer, 1 bottle for every 100 posts.. He owes me a whole truck load by now.

Doc, I'm pretty sure there is some good beer here in Wisconsin too.

EMU, do you want to take a tour of the Harley Davidson plant? It's not far from the Meet & Greet, or maybe we can make that part of the M&G??
