Hey all, good deal or not? Its up to you. I gave $4500.00 for my 04 R*.
It had some goodies with it and it rides GREAT!! Kind of got it in my blood now, so cant think about what it costs. Does it, or will it make you happy? If the answer is yes, do it!

Working on the financing right now, hopefully it will all go well. Forgot to mention it also has the BAK already installed, and I don't think the seat is stock after looking again, it seems bigger than the stock seat, but am not entirely sure. Here's hoping that by tomorrow, I am riding it home.

Forgot to say, thanks for the opinions. The bike just happened to be the model I was looking for, with less miles than I expected, for the price of bikes that didn't match what I wanted with a lot more miles, so I gotta try. The whole if it makes you happy, buy it, thing pretty much sold me.

It doesn't matter what we think, all that matters is, are you happy ?

I hate the financing thing, come late summer I wouldn't need to, but situations what they are now, well, it is what it is. Ready for some of this other crap to be paid off, so I don't have to worry about financing anything, but it's still a few months out.

not to get off of the subject, but danny..both of those machines are a work of art.. only you know what went into them..time,money,more time.. i gotta agree with your stance on this one..just because they dont cost $25,000 new does not make the roadstar worth s*** used.. a fair price is not too much to ask..or pay.. they are an awesome motorcycle ..
