Excuse me I meant mail fraud, internet transaction with a credit/debt card is covered under the mail fraud statutes.

3) Roadhouse Dooleys - Yes, I know their production delays then going out of business was not Clifford's fault but when I asked for a credit he suggested that we might be able to work something out on alternative pipes and so I tried to but he never provided me a price on some Hacker Exhaust pipes despite multiple requests. I finally gave up and asked for a credit back to my card. He responded 12 days and 2 more requests later that he would. That was over 3 weeks ago. No credit. No response to e-mails. No response to messages left on cell phone voice mail.

I see my dollar amount is the highest so far. Do I win a sucker prize?
