I can only assume he is on his 15 minute ride so he can correctly check his oil level with the bike warmed up as it will not warm properly at idle according to Yamis new video on oil checks.and I agree 120 gets mine plenty warm enough ....I hope... ...Coug

Post edited by: Cougar, at: 2007/08/16 16:15

Funny!
Only had mine up to 102 so far. Still had plenty of throttle left so would think 125+ is very do-able. Won't be me finding out though.

Ahhhh .... I don't think so.
BTW .... around here a 30 mph over now gets you a max fine of $10000 and 1 week away from your bike.

Using Doc's math, I'd owe about 22,000 dollars for the stunt I pulled once on my R*, just to see what she had. I came away impressed with the big girl.

Its only about 120mph actually. Just look at the trees on the side of the road, if over 120 then they would be a blurr. Second reason look at his jeans and the space from gas tank to leg. His jeans are still flapping , over 120 they kinda just stick to your leg. As for that gap between leg and tank , over 130 if you dont keep them right against the tank the force will spread them wide open. My brother in law use to race the old KAWI KZR 1000. At 130 one time his knees literrly beat in the gas tank.

Has anyone ever compared the bike with and without the bat wing windshield to see how much it hurts top end speeds?
