with you? no problem at all. again im just a proud roadie owner. and i love coming on this site to discuss road star issues. i desire to be free of harleys and harley discussions. that is why i come to the road star clinic. ive said it before, how many people who go to a chevy site would want to listen to a ford discussion?
im curious, as nice as your roadie is, why not just buy a 1 up harley? or why go harley at all? why not 1 up stratoliner? we need all the roadie mafia we can muster. the sheeple outnumber us. too many people have "put on the uniform". these people arent buying for themselves. they are buying so others can see them on the hd. how else can you explain a rational human paying twice the price for half the bike?

well i for one feel "your money your choice" i love all bikes not just yamaha or harley or whatever. lets stop the bashing/trash talking. if a bike was purfect right from the factory no one would change anything about the bike and there would be no aftermarket companies out there. yes most of use have only R*s and this is the r.s.c. but its not the "i only ride r* cause its the baddest muther in the world clinic". i feel like we are going towards the if you dont ride a hd then you shouldn't ride and im not gunna waive mentality. thank god this thread will hit the limit soon ok done with my ramble jay i think its a nice bike and i hope they take your offer

You Sir without a doubt have no clue of what your talking about and huskerbob is riding in your boat with you. This is how your stupid opinions causes people to get all riled up.
Jay is a friend of mine and one absolutely great person. He will do things for you that others would never think of. I owe Jay alot for his help on some of my projects.I would do anything in my power to help him with anything.
With that being said I stand behind my friend for his freedom of choice to buy another brand of motorcycle. And if he wants to come on here and solicit some of our opinions on his choice so be it. Rowdy and HuskerBob have taken it to a personal level and that truly offends me. When huskerbob says he wouldn't even ride with you because your riding a harley. That's just Sad mentality. I don't feel like going back and re-reading your posts but one of you said Jay's R* will just sit in the garage if he buys this other bike. I seriously doubt that. Jay is just like me, he loves to ride and just like me he will switch up bikes from day to day. One day I ride my R* and then the next day I ride my harley. If I'm going to make a trip like I'm doing this weekend and I need to pull my trailer, I will ride my harley has it's the one set up for that. But when I get home I will hop on the R* on Monday morning and ride it to work. That's what's nice about owning more then one motorcycle. How many of you own one type of vehicle? I don't that's for sure. I have hyundai car, toyota truck and a jeep.
Jay if you make this happen I will ride with you anyday on any bike. We can ride our 1 ups or we can ride our dressers and we will just enjoy the feeling of being in the wind.
Danny
P.S. notice my sig. pic? Don't see my harley in it do you? I know this is a R* site and I'm proud to own 2, but I'm equally proud of my harley
