For those of you who use Pledge...I would expect that you'd spray it on a rag and then clean the bike vs. spraying the bike and having it go everywhere. Am I right?

Yes to both. The windshield I spray it on. Small stuff like the BAK I spray it on the rag.

Any kind works, just try to avoid the acid variety.

The guy I bought mine from was using pledge on the windshield. I prefer Plexus to pledge on windshield.
Never even thought of using pledge on the rest of the bike. Hmmmmm....maybe I'll have to give it a try.

Pledge is great for a quick clean and touch up...been using it for decades myself...however, it is very bad in one aspect...if your wife sees it in your hand it may remind her you clean the bike more than the house and...poof...THERE goes some riding time
