OH BOY,HERE WE GO/LOL!!!
RK, btw,i installed Ride On you suggested in my new rear tire and used front tire with approx 3/4 tread still on it @ 6k miles ,ballance is smooth as heck and all is good.
The ride on also stopped the very loud howel the front tire used to make every time i was cornering which was a very nice unexpetced plus because it was diriving me nuts.
It's a Bridgestone Excedra tire, good tire, long treadlife but very noisy tread pattern when cornering from day 1 when brand new.
Guess when the ride on coated the inside of the tire it was enough to dampen/completely stop the tread noise/howel when cornering which was a very nice unexpecetd/additional benefit of the ride on product.
The howel from the front tire was so bad i was considering replacing it but now dont have to because ride on took care of it.

Wow,47 to as much as 58mpg with a carb'd R* !
You sure know how to ride for best mpg and keep it in tip top runnng shape too.

I got almost 60MPG this year on a trip. Neil disagreed with me on setup and I was told I was lying. I was also told by a moderator to just "cut it"... so where is everyone jumping on Agpilot? Yeah, I thought so.
Anyway, there are many experiences where people have gotten anywhere from 25MPG through nearly 60MPG. It all depends on how you have your bike tuned and how you ride it.

Pretty much all I get to ride on a regular basis is 16 miles to work and then the same 16 miles back again. Sea level (Seattle), and the ride is a mix of everything from 25 MPH zones to 65 on the highway. ALWAYS between 32-33 MPG, and Ive tried larger & smaller pilots & mains... PMS in & out...needle clip up & down. When I lived in Santa Fe @ 7,000 ft ASL, I had the bike leaned way out, ran great then, too...same mileage. ONCE I got 41 MPG...and I mean ONCE.
Front & back plugs are a nice tan color & fairly even...runs great! Guess I'll be playing with it forever...

I found an app for my iphone that keeps track of my mileage called, GAS CUBBY. Its free, you can upgrade, but the free one has all I need. You can keep track of all your vehicles and can keep track of maintence information as well. It'll even give you reminders.
It gives a lot of good data. For example Since 02 July 11 when I got the program my average MPG is 34.55. High was 43.51, low 28.61. Avg cost of gas is 3.56/gallon, total gallons used 92.63. I spend 4.28 per day on gas which costs me .10 per mile. I've driven 3200 miles. It graphs the data also.
Check it out for those with smart phones.
