I have had it with WWW 8 Months, 1 Week ago
Ok, I have ran WWW tires since my bike was new in 07. Every time I try and order a new tire through the dealer it just seems to be a big deal. Last time they put a Bridgestone tire with no rain groves in the middle. Anyone that rides much is going to get caught in rain. I have decided to make things easier on me, iam swithching to Blackwall. I need a good all around tire, maybe the Dunlop d404. I am open to tire suggestions for milage, water dispersment and weight limits since i either ride 2 up or Iam packed for camping. Bofish

I have the 404's. Going to Avon Venoms next. Noticed the 404's don't seem to like the rain as much as even the OEM Slipstones did. I ride in the rain a lot too and need the extra margin of safety.

So would you say a tire with no grove in the middle is safe for rain? The bridegestone I have i doesnt really have a grove in the middle. Bofish

I've got Avon venoms on mine, but you should be able to get the Dunlop cruisemax pretty easy. Their good in the rain. Just don't get the mileage the Avons have given.
