If you mount it where the stock taillight is, the curve of the fender is correct, and there are two holes to mount through. I wanted mine lower, so the curve of the fender is opposite of what I needed. I used some black foam to fill in the gap, and used the holes from the stock license plate holder. NO DRILLING REQUIRED,
