Tires problem is solved. Thanks to Derby cycles. They put the 880 on and spun it up and it was perfect. No wiggle or wobble, perfect. The marathon tire is more expensive than the Continental and I had to pay $10.00 For the difference in price. Any of you guys in Louisville, Shelbyville, Frankfort, and Lexington areas can get the same great level of service. Shelby (The Owner) has four locations and two websites that you can order OEM or after market parts from. One site is a little more expensive but does have free shipping available, the other prices are somewhat lower, but you have to pay for shipping. They don't bill your credit card until the product ships. They also accept paypal. I'm not getting anything for posting this. I found a mechanic shop that I will let work on my bike and want to pass the information on so my R* friends can enjoy the good service and value for your money too.

It is now official. The wife has approved the new rear tire. No weird vibration and the bike handles like it's on rails. The ride is a lot smoother too. Once again thanks to Derby Cycles for the great work and fair dealings.

Thanks for passing on information about a good shop. We need to know the good guys even more than we need to know the bad ones.

Glad your riding smooth now.

What makes me happy is the wife is happy now too. She doesn't squawk every time I hit a bump. When momma is happy, we all happy. When momma is grumpy we all suffer.
