Welcome from north Florida's Emerald Coast,

My 03 has Cobra slip-on's and runs great, no popping. AIS is still on and I'm still running the stock airbox. It does run easier with the Cobras. Does not have the sound that I want but it's loud enough to make cars notice me. Vance and Hines Longshots next!!!

I bought a set of cobra slip-ons and didn't care for them, so I tried to take the baffles out, now one of the baffles are toast.

Anybody know how to gettem out? Heck, I'd pay to gettem out without damaging the chrome.

Anyway I went to straight pipes and made me own baffles and the sound does resemble a Harley at idle.

I'm surprised yours had the AIS still on it, being that old, thats the first thing most everybody does is take that off or block it off.
