I'd like to know a little more about the Li=On battery too. I'll do a little research on em. I am going through a battery a year here in Az. Haven't quite figured out why.

I blew right through a Yusa and have now gone over to the Wal Mart battery. It has been working like a charm and was about $60 less than the Yusa.

Stocked,Thats strange you go thur 1 batt yrly, even if you live in hot temps you should be able to get at least 2.5-3 yrs from a decent battery.

I am thnking maybe the rectifier/volt reg on your bike may not be working proprly staying in charge mode/state longer then is should over charging your battery causing its early demise.

It's something to ponder if your bike keeps eating 1 battery yrly like you say has been happening.

I have seen this happen on bikes and cars when the rectifier/volt regulator goe's bad with it stuck in charge mode/state over charging the battery.

Scottw , please do not try to interpret my statements, you're personal opinion and judgement or explanation to what I said is wrong, and not your place, I made the statement to Ace not you.If I offended him I'm sure he will put his "big boy pants on" and respond if he felt I dissed him. I stated the jr is a great charger.I have one. There was no malice or disrespect in that statement.
I posted the links so members could read and understand. You posted your research without a single link, that surprised me from you.
